Terms and Conditions

MegaMajice.com — online shop for personalised (printed) products. In effect from 21.06.2026.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern the relationship between the merchant and the customer regarding ordering, production and purchase of personalised (printed) products through the MegaMajice.com online shop (the Shop), including prices, payment, production and delivery, responsibility for supplied artwork, the rights and obligations of the parties, and other matters relevant to concluding a distance contract.

These Terms are subject to the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Obligations Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Before submitting an order, the customer expressly confirms in the application that they have read and fully accept these Terms. The Terms are available at all times in a form that can be saved and reproduced, and form an integral part of every contract concluded through the Shop.

The merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website and apply to orders received after publication. Each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time that order is submitted.

The merchant sells through the Shop in its own name. No additional distance-communication charges are applied to the customer.

3. The customer

A customer is any person who selects at least one product in the Shop, adds it to the cart and submits an order. The customer must be of legal age and have legal capacity. Contracts on behalf of minors or persons lacking legal capacity are concluded by their legal representatives. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered when ordering.

The minimum order quantity per individual design is 1 pieces.

4. Products, prices and visuals

All prices are retail prices in euros (€) and include VAT (25%). Prices are valid at the moment the order is received. The merchant may change prices without prior notice; a price change does not affect orders already received and confirmed.

Photos, visualisations (mockups) and product descriptions are for illustration only. Due to screen calibration and the properties of the fabric and printing technique, on-screen colours and appearance may not fully match the actual product. The merchant is not liable for minor deviations in descriptions, colours and visuals.

5. Orders and conclusion of contract

Products are ordered electronically through the Shop configurator. By submitting an order (clicking "Order"), the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the merchant sends the customer an Order Confirmation by e-mail, containing the product specification, visualisation, price and payment details.

After an order is submitted, changes are possible only by contacting the merchant at info@megamajice.com, and only before the product has entered production (printing). The merchant will try to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee changes, especially during periods of high order volume.

6. Specific provisions for personalised products

Products in the Shop are made to order according to the customer's specification (personalised products). By ordering, the customer expressly accepts the following:

6.1. Customer responsibility for artwork and content

6.2. Intellectual property rights

The customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights (copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) or a valid licence to use and print all graphics, logos, signs and text they supply. The customer assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify and hold the merchant harmless against any damage, cost or third-party claim arising from infringement of such rights. The merchant reserves the right to refuse to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, discriminatory or contrary to public order.

6.3. Production, substitutions and cancellations

6.4. Returns of personalised products

Personalised (printed) products made to the customer's specification cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a material defect for which the merchant is responsible (see sections 9 and 10). By ordering, the customer confirms awareness of this limitation.

7. Payment

Payment is made in full (in advance), by one of the following methods:

The merchant does not store or process payment-card data. Card payments are handled on the secure, encrypted pages of the payment service provider (Stripe); card details are not visible to the merchant.

8. Delivery and collection

The stated delivery charge applies to standard orders placed through the Shop and may differ for individual (manually prepared) offers, depending on the content and size of the order.

Production and delivery time: production normally takes 5–10 working days from receipt of payment, plus the courier's transit time. Time frames are subject to change and depend on the courier's (DPD) terms of business. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted in the production time.

The risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment the product is handed over to the customer or to a person authorised by the customer to collect it. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit, the customer is not obliged to accept it.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving reasons — except where the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

Because the products in the Shop are made to order and to the customer's specification, i.e. clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal is excluded for all printed/personalised products. By ordering such products, the customer confirms that they lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Liability for material defects and complaints

The merchant is liable for material defects in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. This liability covers defects for which the merchant is responsible (e.g. a production/printing error not attributable to the customer, damage in delivery), and not the deviations described in section 6 nor defects arising from materials or content supplied by the customer.

Complaints are submitted to info@megamajice.com, ideally with the order number and a photo. The merchant will respond within the statutory period.

11. Order cancellation

The customer may cancel an order by e-mail to info@megamajice.com while the product has not yet been personalised (printed). If the order is cancelled before production begins, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Once the product has been printed, cancellation and refund are not possible.

12. Personal data protection

The merchant processes customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable law, solely to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations. Details are set out in a separate Privacy Policy. Enquiries and exercise of rights: info@megamajice.com.

13. Dispute resolution

The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably. The competent court in Rijeka has jurisdiction. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The merchant currently does not participate in online consumer dispute resolution procedures.

14. Final provisions

These Terms take effect and apply from 21.06.2026. For any questions, customers may contact info@megamajice.com or +385 91 460 7010.
